Blogging
So I know I haven't written a blog in a while and maybe cause when my life gets this way I become uninspired. (Long story in its self that I am not ready to share.) Even as I sit to write this now I look around the room for something else to do with my time. I had hoped that this year I would take on a project of once every two weeks writing a blog and keeping up with it. I have a few blogs that I faithfully read and I would love to have the dedication of writing the way they do. I know that only in time with much practice will my blogs be like theirs. I think my biggest down fall is that I don't have one topic that I want to write about all the time. And maybe thats something that I should work on... getting focused.
I have great ideas and lots of them.
Food is always a good choice. I have been checking out some of the local businesses and trying to eat their food instead of eating at the huge chain food places. And let me tell you that I have found some jems. But knowing that the people who currently read my blogs don't really live in the area I feel that I would be talking to myself.
I could talk about my job for hours and hours but I think that would really define my life as boring. And it seems that here lately to many people are getting in trouble for what they say about there jobs and who they work with. But I do have some great stories of amazing customers and funny things that have happened. (If you are interested let me know and I can share some with you.)
There is always the choice to write about my silly little adventures but hey it seems here lately they are becoming fewer and further apart. I love my little and big road trips and the great adventures that come along with these. I mean who could forget the road trips with Heather and the boys, camping in GA with a tent and no blankets or pillows, seeing armadillos, our big Texas adventure, and 3 cars later. And well there are my smaller trips like the “Light the Night Walk” in MD with Sharon and Shelly, where we stopped every 20 minutes to take pictures of cool things. My Thanksgiving road trip up the East Coast where we hit almost all the Northeast states with the exception of Vermont. Or my latest one... on New Years Day where I got in my car just for a drive and 4 hours into North Carolina decided it was time to turn around. No plan just driving.
So maybe my blogs are a little random but I think for now thats all I can commit to. No direction, No plan, Just blogging.
